Research On The Impact Of ZTE R&D Investment On The Sustainable Development Of Enterprises

With the advancement of science and technology and productivity,the ability of scientific and technological innovation has become a key factor for the sustainable development of enterprises.Under this background,China's enterprise innovation capability still has the problems of obvious structural defects and insufficient quality,and the state attaches importance to the innovation and development capability of enterprises to an unprecedented height.R&D investment not only reflects the technological content of a company,but also is an important indicator for measuring whether technological innovation companies can establish long-term technical barriers and achieve sustainable development.However,for enterprises,high-intensity R&D investment does not necessarily enhance the ability of sustainable development.It must rely on the scientific management and rational use of R&D investment under appropriate R&D investment to transform enterprise resources into enterprise strength..In the research process of this article,the author collected data and literature on ZTE's R&D investment,calculated the value of EVA for each year of the company,and found that ZTE's continuous high-intensity R&D investment has brought good value-added and innovation capabilities to the company However,the quality of R&D and the backwardness of core technologies in key areas have also caused fatal flaws in the enterprise,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise.In addition,this paper comparatively analyzes the R&D investment of Huawei and ZTE.Based on this,it compares and analyzes the financial statement indicators of ZTE and Huawei,studies the changes in ZTE's R&D strategy,and finally uses the Porter "Five Force Model" Analyzed the competitive environment ZTE faced,studied the impact of R&D investment on ZTE's sustainable development from three aspects,demonstrated different sustainable development capabilities under different R&D investments,and then made recommendations for the management of ZTE's R&D investment.
