Then, the thesis discusses this project management software design, describes the system’s internal unit structures, design rules, database design and design scenarios of main function modules’ internal flow and processing procedure, and gives flow charts and module charts. Based on design scenario, it discusses some typical programming unit software implementation and testing, gives main program codes and system test.This system is developed based on general database SQL Server and C#. Test running is stable and reliable. It can not only meet the company’s project management requirement and apparently improve management efficiency.
