Design And Implementation Of Chengyuan Company Civil Engineering Management System

Facing to Chengyuan Company’s engineering project management requirement, this paper discusses software demand analysis, design and implementation of the corresponding management information system.First, the paper summarizes theory and technical foundation for developing this system. In demand analysis part, it first describes the system’s general function target, then focuses on discussing its project bid management function, engineering project management function, engineering safety and quality management function, etc. and also gives their user cases. In design part, it first discusses the software’s general structure, then discusses its data management scenario based on related database, and discusses the system’s front-end and rear-end design, especially the flow management system, bid management module, running maintenance project management flow in rear-end and main data structure and project quality management module’s internal processing flow. In software implementation part, it first describes programming module and developing tools’ technical features, then focuses on discussing main modules’ programming in server end, gives outlined coding, user interface samples and also gives the system’s testing report.This system uses J2EE/Java programming, rear end database uses Oracle10and generally uses browser-server multiple structure. The system has been finished all the test, and is preliminary running stable now.
