| Shanxi Sram Tecnology Co., Ltd. is the largest IT training institutions of college students in the Shanxi province, it is the one of training core goal that supports the software talent training in Shanxi province. Practice teaching is to develop software of talent team, the main way is different from the colleges training mode innovation. And at the same time, the main function of IT training management system is to provide comprehensive support for training business. As part of information platform, IT training management system develops goal for training student’s management, training process, training resources management and online training platform for system support, etc.During the process of development, this system adopts B/S architecture. This project is to provide web services based on Tomcat, using the Java EE architecture, using Struts2, Spring2.5, Hibernate3.5mode of development, the background database is Oracle database. Firstly, this paper analyses the system development background and significance, determine the characteristics of training management system and to solve problems; Then summary describes the system’s overall situation; As the software development process, completes successively the system demand analysis, outline design, detailed design; For some typical modules of code implementation and test made a detailed description. After the completion of system development to a large number of unit tests and integration tests showed that all the parts of the unit test results show that the system can run normally, and meet the needs of their respective functions. Integration test results show that the system intended function is basically realized, and the ability to run correctly, is good enough to meet the needs of the users.The development of training management system is not only the need to management company, is the only way which must be passed to establish more friendly, convenient and the communication of information with the universities, especially the staff training manage-ment mode through the system to achieve to provide the necessary platform to support the project for the company efficient management system. To achieve the rationalization of practice of the project manager and the students’management, the completion of the training of information resource integration and efficient management, to improve the company’s training quality, become the University, student, the company to achieve an important guarantee for win-win-win. |
