The Specialists’Training means that in order to improve the echnical skills and the scientific research performance of the medical service jobholders, the medical university graduates must receive a series of clinical, standardized and systematic training within the specified base. The traditional management method of the specialists’training was using manual work and paper media, in the day with the continuous development of the public health cause, this approach not only created a greater labor intensity, but also made the process of managing and retrieving data becoming extremely cumbersome, caused the discordancy of the standard of the quality management in the training course in each hospital, section or department, and communication breakdowns of the training information, and other issues.In response to these problems, I designed and developed a specialists’training management system with JAVA EE-based architecture, using the operating modes setting registration, assessment and evaluation as one, to establish a networked and standardized management for the rotation training process, provide the accurate and reliable evaluation data for assessing specialist, and to replace the outdated manual-and-paper-based methods, reduce labor intensity of the transactional works, improve the efficiency of the medical education management and promote the development of medical research.In this paper, about how to design and develop a fully-functional and simple-to-use management system for the specialist training, I conducted a intensive research, mainly-including the following aspects:(1)Firstly, I proposed the social background and significance about constructing the JAVA EE-based specialists’training management platform, analysed the development status of the relevant information management platform at home and abroad, as well as current existing problems.(2)On the basis of a careful analysis of the practical feasibility of the system, I proposed the functional requirements and security requirements for the system, put forward reasonable goals in accordance with scientific principles and design philosophy, and design a whole set of solution to the system including the system architecture, function modules and database system. (3)With regard to the issue that the traditional SQL query mode of the system be prone to be difficult to match the query builder and obtain valid data, in this paper, I used the knowledge of fuzzy theory to improved the original query method of the system, proposed a kind of database query algorithm based on the approach degree theory, and discussed the implementation of the algorithm on its text attribute in detail. By means of this algorithm, the database query result set had been effectively extended and the recall ratio and precision ratio of the system had been highly improved.After a lot of research work had been done, in this paper, I performed the top-down implementation of the the system according to the orderly steps and different modules, completely established a range of processes including sector management, job rotation training management, personnel management, examination and assessment management for the system, and made a comprehensive and objective evaluation and summary to all my works.
