Design And Implementation Of Bank Archives Management System

Bank personnel management of human resources as an important basis for inspection and distribution has become an important part of sustainable development banks. However, the traditional means of management is lagging behind. To a certain extent it hindered the bank’s development and growth. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency and management of personnel files to avoid the error of manual management, the development of new banking personnel file management system is imperative.We design the personnel files specific programs from the system’s functionality, interface, databases and tables, several aspects of the software development. Using Visual C++software development environment to develop the foreground application, the preparation of scientific and rational implementation of the program code of the function module to create a friendly man-machine interface; using Microsoft SQL Server2008Database Development Bank personnel records management system back-end database. The use of Visual C++development environment provides ODBC interface for front-end applications and back-end database connection, use SQL (Structured Query Language) and standard function to operate database.This system can achieve accurate personnel file information editing, storage, query, and preliminary data statistics. By comparison with other file management systems get innovations. One, the system is used in bank by HR staffs, manage object types is very complex, including formal bank workers, dispatched workers and interns. Second, adaptable and portability, it can run on different hardware environment which install different operating system. Third, it can generate data report with preliminary data statistics functions. Comparison char is given horizontal and vertical to help leaders make management decisions.Through test in Taiyuan Bank, system can achieve the pre-set target function; basically meet the needs of users. This design will actually be used in bank management system of human resources management departments to develop a reasonable cost, superior performance, with a strong practical.
