China Communications Services in Shanghai was founded by China Communications Services Limited by Share Ltd wholly owned independent Incorporated Company, the parent company is a large enterprise group holding company of China telecom. Company’s existing47telecom business hall and141electrical products sales, business mainly include: telecommunications service, telecommunications, telecommunications arrearage payment card sales, etc..With the deepening reform and reorganization of the domestic telecommunications industry, the domestic telecommunication market environment has become more reasonable, the price competition has gradually become the low level competition means, excellent customer service and become an important means of competition, service quality has direct influence on customer satisfaction. At the same time, in recent years the business service regulation also gradually from the original sent to the site supervision to strengthen transformation of video monitoring system management, greatly save manpower, material and financial resources.This paper will take this as the background, discusses the design and implementation of the kiosks service quality surveillance system. Service quality surveillance system using the B/S structure and multimedia communication technology, the system of unified management, realize the standardization of kiosks. The system mainly includes the daily management, quality supervision, query statistics and system management and basic information maintenance module, is for the operator to optimize the management system, strengthen field management, performance management, comprehensive utilization of resources, improve the service quality and the construction of the development of an integrated system.This paper firstly introduces the construction quality supervision system of kiosks of key technology is applied to the construction present situation and the background of the system. And then analyzes the functional requirements, non functional requirement of the system and the system interface requirements, focus on the analysis of the main points of each function module. The detailed design of the system on the basis of demand analysis, including each function module design, database design and so on. Finally introduced the realization process and conclusion of test system. The system works well in the trial operation, to strengthen the kiosks site management, enhance the level of service quality, shorten the business dispute feedback and solve the speed, greatly improves the work efficiency.
