Design And Realize On The Operation Support System Of International Voice Business

Operation support system (OSS) play a major role for the telecom operators to enhance their competitiveness of the enterprises. It is an inalienable part in the telecom network operation management. Global competition of the telecommunications market and the formation of the telecommunications value chain diversification encourages the technology of OSS technology rapid development. The OSS play an increasingly important role in telecom intensive management. In order to adapt the needs of international business development,China Tietong established the company at HONG KONG in 2007. And successfully obtained the international voice business operating license. At that time, China Tietong (HK)'s international voice operator put on manual approach.But the international voice business's work intensity is very large, so efficiency is extremely low. Order to meet the rapid development of the international voice business situation, need to develop out an OSS for company's international voice business urgently. The purpose of this project is developing an international voice business's OSS to meet the business requirement of China Tietong (HK). Through system development and construction to reduce the intensity of the work of international voice business, improve efficiency.This thesis according to the accrual demand of China Tietong (HK)'s international voice business operation, research and develop a practical business's OSS, the system includes: tariff management, billing settlement, business accounts, statistical reporting and operations monitoring five module function. This paper designes the overall architecture of international voice business's OOS, and makes a focus research and implementation steps for each module of system's detailed design and implementation steps. This study can maintain rates of different file formats automatically and using the minimum rate algorithms. Improve the international voice business to maximize profit margins, so that the system be reflected fully intelligent and practical. To assess its effectiveness by using this international voice business's OOS, Results of the assessment is the system can greatly improve the efficiency, and help to improve the company's management, service quality and resource utilization, enhance the competitiveness of company's international voice business. Successful development of the system is laying a solid foundation for China Tietong (HK)'s international voice business to achieve good economic and social benefits. Also for still using manual handling similar international voice business telecommunications companies to provide reference and basis.
