In recent years, the Internet has been rapid development, at the same time, the related technology has also entered into a new level, the office of information technology can greatly facilitate the people to handle daily affairs, the office efficiency has been a qualitative improvement.In the background that the information society, how to design a kind of high efficiency, simple personnel management system not only is a very meaningful research topic, also has a very positive effect on the personnel management of enterprises is to present the.This system is based on the Jiangxi Provincial Academy of social sciences as the background, analysis of the Academy of Social Sciences, business and personnel management, design personnel management system of the Academy of social sciences. The system is the design and analysis method based on object oriented modeling, and using the UML tool. In business analysis section, based on the problems of the existing system, organization, as well as the original business process are analyzed, and gives the transformation of the business process; in the functional analysis, the paper through the use case analysis and use case description, the system function, the overall function of the system are given and the child package diagram the function diagram, where the sub package diagram including staff recruitment management package diagram, package diagram employee information management, employee salary management package diagram, package diagram of staff attendance management, employee performance management package diagram, package diagram such as employee training management package diagram; in the data analysis section, based on the function of the system need to be addressed data were analyzed, the entity class diagram is given, the establishment of the database table structure; finally has carried on the summary to the research and analysis of the work, and the further work is prospected. The personnel management system, great to meet the personnel management department of the Academy of Social Sciences business needs, improve the relevant personnel management process, the final realization of the system makes the personnel management department of the Academy of Social Sciences in the working efficiency and resource utilization in a qualitative leap.
