Analysis And Design Of In - Service Personnel Management System Of Longyang District IRS

Today, with the development of science and technology, information construction plays a more and more important role in every field, it is also in the personnel work. How to really make the authorities implement on-the-job personnel management modernization and informationization, we need to design a set of perfect on-the-job personnel management system. This system is based on the IRS Longyang District on-the-job personnel management present situation, which using Object-Oriented design.This thesis firstly introduces the research background about Long Yang SAT’s on-the-job personnel management system and the problems to solve, discussed the research significance and the importance of this project, and introduces the main work of the research content and I do. Secondly, in this thesis, a detail analysis of the system, including analysis, use case diagram and the use case description of function demand analysis, data needs with conceptual class diagram and class diagram business abbreviations demand business flow chat, and analyzes the system non functional requirements. Thirdly, system design, use the package diagram of the system for the overall design, while using the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram activity diagram of each function module is design in detail and description, including organization management, personnel basic information management, personnel transfer information management, the change of position information management, rewards and punishment information management, salary management and system management of seven functional module; in the design of the database, mainly using the entity relationship diagram and the database table structure to detailed design. Finally, the thesis summarizes and prospects of the author in the on-the-job personnel management system research on the process of IRS in Longyang District work.
