Research And Design Of University Teachers’Business Archivesmanagement System

The teacher service file is an important part of School of information resources, an important reference is the school management decision-making in the future development of the school, the information management level also reflects the level and degree of school information management.However, management status of College Teachers’ professional archives at present is not optimistic, widespread backward management concept, management inefficiency, informatization level is low, has seriously hindered the college management informationization. To solve this problem, the most effective way is to rely on the efficient, accurate, safety, information technology to achieve systematic management of teachers’professional file.In view of the existing business archives management of university teachers in the existing problems, based on the study of digital archives and teachers’business archives informatization, through asp.net and SQL Server database technology and data mining technology, the computer technology and network technology advantage and business archives concept better management of modern university teachers applied to teachers’business archives management, research and development of a set of scientific, efficient, accurate, safe teachers file management system, in order to improve the efficiency of management and utilization of information, and provide evidence for management decision making.In this paper, a full investigation and analysis about of the project research background and current research status of the first, the analysis of system function demand, the purpose of the system development, at the same time, the teacher service file information entry, update, maintenance, query and report printing as the general requirements of the system; then, each function module and concrete realization in stage the design of system adopts the module of phased implementation way involved in the system detailed design, coding and test module, and combining with the data mining function effectively mining data on the system; finally, the data with the server system through the browser WEB pages submitted database for docking, realize the data timely maintenance with the update, also rely on the security policy database, realize the effective protection of teacher service file information.In this paper, the asp.net SQL Server database, data mining and B/S (Browser/server) the structure of several key technology introduced to the information management system of university teacher service file, and gradually achieve the design goals of the process. System is running and debugging time, show that it is possible to complete the function of the teacher service file management, with good stability and security, improve the school information management level, to achieve the intended objectives.
