The Research And Design Of College Teachers File Management System

With economic development and social progress, modernized management ofcolleges and universities has been gradually attached great importance. There is a broadspace of development and prospect for the using computer to manage colleges anduniversities in various fields. As one important part of college information management,teacher information management is an important means and way to modernize themanagement in college units, which is crucial for the development and decision-makingmanagement of schools.However, the current teacher file management of colleges is not optimistic due to thebackward management concept and inefficient management tools and other problemswhich have seriously hindered the pace of university management modernization. Thefundamental way to solve this problem is the introduction of computer management intothe teacher information management of universities, relying on the features of efficiency,accuracy, reliability, and security of computer management to make a majorimprovement and breakthrough in teacher information and file management.From my work experiences and understanding in college, I deeply sense the problemsof teacher file management of colleges, which lead me into deep thinking and result inthe idea to design and develop an efficient, safe, and easy management system andmake full use of the advantages of computer management to university teacher filemanagement.Through investigation, analysis, in-depth study and research on asp.net and sql serverdatabase management and modernized university teacher file management philosophy,basing on integration information technology, management science and system scienceand other discipline theory and technology, this thesis conducts research anddevelopment of scientific and efficient teacher file management system of universities.Firstly, through analysis on the demand for the system, it establishes the purpose ofsystem development, uses the entry, editing, management, maintenance and querymaintenance of college teacher file information as the overall design of the system, andemploys sub-module to make detailed design, writing and test for all aspects involved in the system in making specific design. Then, it make perfect docking of WEB page dataand server database for easy update and maintain of the data, and relies on databasesecurity policy for more effective protection of security of the university teacher fileinformation. This thesis describes that the author introduces several key technologies ofasp.net and sql server database into teacher file and information management system ofuniversities and gradually achieve the design goal through the design of VS2005development software.
