The Design And Implementation Of P2P File Sharing System

With the rapid development of Internet, the requirement of network in daily work of enterprise is on the rise. People usually choose to download information they need from Internet, while they ignore large amounts of file resources in enterprise LAN. Consequently, how to share files efficiently in the enterprise LAN becomes a key problem that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Currently, FTP and WEB, as two ways in sharing file in enterprise LAN, both have problems in server burden, file access control deficiencies and inconvenience in file sharing and managing. This paper introduces a P2P file sharing solution to resolve these problems and enable people to share files efficiently in the enterprise LAN. The completely P2P file sharing system was proved that it could reduce the occupancy rate of server resources and promote the sharing efficiency of data in test.The main works of this thesis is as follows:(1) To establish an efficient file sharing system in the enterprise LAN based on centralized P2P network topological.(2) To establish efficient mechanism to send and receive message between server and client, client and client base on Socket.(3) To use file access privilege manage in managing the open scope of sharing file in P2P file sharing system to improve the security of file sharing and resolve the problem on file access control deficiencies.(4) To use file directory structure in managing all sharing files intensively in P2P file sharing system to resolve the problem of inconvenience file sharing and management and duplicate file storage.(5) To use file watcher to monitor P2P file sharing system in case the real file is deleted or changed to improve the system self maintenance ability.
