Research On File Security Structure In A Work Group

With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous advancing of information progress in our country, the business office has been gradually transforming into the paper-less electrical mode. With the advantages as easy for editing, copying and transmitting, it has become the major file format for the office. While in the meantime of bringing convenience to us, the security of it has emerged as an important issue. The increasing number of files security incidents and the mounting loss resulted from them has pushed the security problem on the priority. For the problem as files protection, only the systematical security structure could provide the file with more comprehensive protection of it needs.This thesis locates the component of the file security structure as the major research content, with the investigation of the basic information of work group files and a detailed analysis on the security threatens to work group, it establishes the file security model. with the instruction of the model, and combining the three major reasons of affecting the work group security protection, it proposes3factors for constructing the file security structure, there are File Policy Strategy, Security Management and Security Technology.Based on the common threatens and hidden risks for the safety of the work group documents, the work group documents safety system is structured, the components structure of principles and strategies, management system and technology system are designed and the working contents for each component are detailed. Meanwhile, the employment of Deming Ring Cycle Management Model allows the work group file security structure to keep the protection on the security of work group files during the dynamic changes.In the end, the paper proposes some construction to build up the work group security structure, realizes the self protection function of file and the security operation function of removable storage devices. And a satisfactory security protection result is obtained with the tests.
