We analyse the demand of business,function,date and system environment which applying example-chart of system analysis.In addition,we introduce the content of design that included system overall design and module design which consists of system function structure drawing,class diagram,sequence diagram and core flow chart.What else is that we show the E-R chart and list structure of datebase design in our paper.Finally,a summary and prospect on the whole information system are made in this article.Overall, to promote the management information of the Secretary of the Board is a natural requirement when China Securities Regulatory Commission local regulatory bureaus develop to a certain stage.
