The Design And Implementation Of Office Management Information System For Local Tax

With the advent of the information age, information technology has become an important tool for social and economic development. Especially in recent years, the development of information technology change rapidly, how to make effective use of new technology to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote industrial upgrading has become the common concern of the industry. With the rapid development of computer network technology, the tax system using network information technology has achieved good effect to strengthen tax collection and management. At present, how to further deepen the application of information technology in tax office management, strengthening the standardized, systematic, scientific and "integration" management, and improve office efficiency, standardize business processes,reduce office cost has becoming an urgent demand.This paper from the organization requirements,design a set of tax office management information system by using software engineering methods,existing Internet network and3G technology, in order to break time and space restrictions on daily office.The thesis is motivated by the practical necessity of the organization.Firstly, the functional requirements has been maken, and collect relevant technical data, determine the system architecture and the technical route.The system adopts the J2EE and JSP, which based on the B/S/D framework and Oracle9i database. According to the requirement the system includes "official document processing, information collection, attendance management, car management, meeting management".This paper makes a demand analysis combined with the network and security requirements. On this basis,the system architecture、function are completed by detailed and process design.Finally,the system is finished based on the system design, and the function of the system is been showed.Through the design, development, implementation of tax office management information system,will certainly make an influence of the cross time on daily office management. Not only to achieve information management of daily office, more important is to realize the across time, space management on daily office.
