The Design And Implementation Of The Online Journal Editing System Based On The.NET Platform

With the development of the general electronic information web system with the thetrinity of computer technique, communication, and multi-media, the journal editing technique enters the digital information wet-work stage. The aim of the design of the Online Editing-journal-system is at the digital memory of informational resource from different origins and from different carriers, at the maximum resource-sharing, which can increase the editing efficiency.Based on the.NET platform and the structure of B/S, the system involves in several aspects of technique, such as jQuery, Ajax, Web Service and WCF. especially the SQL Server. Technically, the system is characterized by the following aspects:firstly, interface design is pleasant and nice, the function of the system is pluralized and efficient and practical. Secondly, the system is convenient for the article-contributing, editing, and information retrieval. Furthermore, the system can add, delete, revise, keep data, can upload and read scanning a copy; lastly, the system has different statistical functions, such as fuzzy queries which can expand the users’information amount.The informization has brought the changes in editing work, especially editing conception, which demands that the universities’journal editing work has to keep up with the development of science and technique, to improve its traditional thought habits and increase the editing efficiency of journals.On the basis of analysis of university journal management, the study, with the help of internet, designs and develops the online editing-journal-system based upon the NET platform. The system has at least three advantages:first, the system might actualize the online article-editing, the editor-office online, experts editing online and the digitalization of editorial office, might improve the traditional model of university journal management; second, the system might avoid plagiarism and multiple submission, with the help of network engine the system can make comparative analysis about the contribution and the existing achievements; third, the system can increase the efficiency of journal management, reduce working strength, improve the quality of university journals which marks, raise the management level of university journals.
