As a organizational communicator of the enterprise, the journal of the enterprise’s flexible forms of communication should also develop accompanying the Publishing Group’s growth and strategic layout. Only the duty of the journal of the enterprise to hold the corporate culture is improved, it’s possible to release the passion of the building of enterprise culture, which can maintain continuation of the publishing group’s competitiveness and solid the group’s status, in the fierce competition.As an integral part of the publishing group, the journal of the enterprise assigns itself as a new media because of the large number of timely and accurate information.
