Design And Implementation Of SOA Airlines Internal Office Information System

In China Southern Airlines Company, due to the trivial and quickly changing dailywork, obstacles between departments and employees’ communication channels, therewere many disadvantages existing internal, like: duplicated working, inefficiency, chaosetc. In this situation, by investigating the current software products on the market andall kinds of office automation information solutions, we found out there was no onewhich exactly matched our internal business processes and work patterns. This paper,with the application of advanced design concepts and development of technologycombined with my many years of practical work, will introduce an innovativelydesigned, implemented and specific Office Automation System which exactly adaptsthe need of Southern Airlines Company. It can not only greatly improve staff efficiencybut also enhance employee collaborative capacity.By employees-oriented, comprehensive and systematic information gathering andrequirements analysis, the research and implement of this system was designed to bebusiness and end users oriented. The design focused on day-to-day business processesand user requirements. The design perspective covered the scope of the entire internalnetwork. The functionalities of system included the following items: personal workmanagement, document processing, document set, administration, system tools, andstaff contacts. Among all, the daily document processing and management is the mostimportant. Through the circulation and steps defined to send and receive files thesystem can monitor the entire process of document processing, tracking and reminders.During the design and implement of system, I introduced the SOA design conceptsto improve the reusability of the functional service modules, which make the systemmore reusable and extendable and used the Web Service technology to achieve systemfunctional module interface, which can register a module once and share it cross-systemand cross-platform. The whole project used the.NET Framework as the developmentplatform, Visual Studio2008as development tool, SQL Server2005as database, C#asdevelopment language, ASP.NET and CSS as the system UI design tools. In order toconstruct the system better, the codes were object-oriented and applied lots of design patterns. About safety analysis phase, I introduced the UCON of access control model,not only in the delegation of authority up to achieve the security of user control, but alsoin the time synchronization control efforts to reach the Southern Airlines officeautomation information system security requirements.As the practice showed, the implement and deployment of automated informationsystem can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of daily work and service.
