| With the source of students increasing and a growing number of people at school,this people diversity makes it harder and harder to manage the campus well. As a result,the administrators need to extract students’ personal information and attendance rapidly,which will make more efficient the management of students’ daily routines. Thus, theadministrators need a computer information management system that can meet themanagement demand of the current students’ attendance so as to improve the efficiencyof attendance management.Directing at the need of the school management, this article, mainly researching theattendance of entrance guard, has developed a management system of attendance ofentrance guard that can fit the management of students’ attendance. The main contentsof the research are as follows:The data read by RFID from students credited card will bestored in back-end database,then,different roles can refer the message according to theirprivileges;Teachers can do operations of their students’ information of their class, suchas insertions and maintenance;The administrators can check the information of thestudents of their corresponding dormitory and students’ entrance and exit;The studentscan select course,query their attendance and modify their basic information after theylog in the system;The system administrators can query,add,delete and modity all thesystem users’ information.In addition,The design is stable and reliable as well asextensible and flexible, in terms of systemic database system design.This system achieved not only good management of the attendance in class and theentrance and exit of the dormitory, but also the knowledge of students’ activities incampus rapidly. The whole system has clear interface, complete functions, andconvenient operations. It makes the management of students’ attendance systematized,normalized, automated, accurate and smart, thus accomplishing highly efficientmanagement. |
