With the rapid development of NNJC Co.,Ltd., the cost and complexity ofprojects management and Human Resources management increase dramatically. At thesame time, staff of the company long for the capability of mobile working becausemany of them need to work outside the city. Under the background, the companydecides to introduce a mobile Office Automatic system based on new3G technology toraise working efficiency. This thesis mainly describes how to design and implement AnAndroid client app for mobile OA system, and we will discuss our workcomprehensively and give some in-depth analysis of the software.This thesis begins with some major technical domains which are needed by thesoftware development, and explains the selection of some core ProgrammingTechniques what we use to build the app, including the patterns and low layercommunication protocol. In terms of the software design and implementation，our workstart with comprehensive system requirement analysis, and the whole design of thissystem was developed according to the software development standards strictly andwith the methods of modern software engineering. At the same time, good programmingstyle and coding rules was obliged to ensure the quality, scalability, maintainability, andpracticality of the software.The main subsystem of this software includes the mobile enterprise workflow andmobile agenda assistant. The mobile workflow subsystem can afford seamlessintegration of the new mobile OA system and the legal OA system. The agenda assistantmakes the employee easy to manage their calendar and business by their Androidmobile.One of the most distinguished features of our system is the well-implementednetwork communication layer, with which the client can make full use of the mobilenetwork to achieve excellent performance, and the hybrid mode accelerates thedevelopment of software.
