Design And Implementation Based On Android Technology OA System

As information technology enjoys rapid development,smart phones are universally popularized.Correspondingly,Android system also becomes a mainstream system for mobile devices.Based on the development environment of Android systems,the thesis analyzes the OA management system for governmental departments in a region.In the new context of reform deepening,governmental departments have increasingly diversified needs.As a result,governmental departments should constantly input capital and human personnel in personnel management and daily affair management.For this reason,governmental work management faces severe challenges.In general,the management of governmental departments is special.For example,the management means should meet the need of office automation from governmental department management to grassroots positions.It is thus necessary to apply the OA management system developed by Android technology to governmental work.This not only improves the overall efficiency of governmental work,but also lowers the pressure on office personnel.In the topic research,the thesis analyzes and researches the OA management system of Android system based on predecessors' theoretical foundation.In the systematic research,the first step is to clarify the core technology in the system,including systematic information security and online programming technology.The next step is to accomplish the development of systematic functions according to clients' needs in work.The development of OA management systems for governmental departments bases on Android application.The designing of systematic functions is completed through the communication protocol for underlying network data.After preparing everything needed by systematic development,the designer needs to comprehensively analyze involved functions,namely analyze functional needs and non-functional needs.In the designing of governmental OA management system,the system has two components:Firstly,the subsystem of work flows;secondly,the subsystem of mobile assistant.The subsystem of mobile workflow achieves the functions of all systematic parts based on mobile devices.The subsystem of mobile assistant effectively manages OA office work.During the design and development of the system,I mainly participated in the analysis of the previous needs and the programming design of some modules in the later stage.In systematic development,the author used Eclipse tools,including the WAPI protocol and security library of data information in data layer link,the SSL library in TCP transmission layer and Web server in application layer.The author used JAVA programming language in systematic development.In consideration to the characteristics that the OA management system developed by Android technology has mobile workflows,the author combined original Android App and Web App in system development,so as to ensure the system operate stably and effectively.
