The Design And Implement Of Mobile Workflow System Based On Android Platform

With the rapid development of Internet and mobile Internet, intelligent terminalequipment has gradually spread to people’s daily life work. Workflow is to makemultiple participants using the computer in accordance with the established rules toautomate the process of transfer documents, in order to achieve the desired businessobjectives. Mobile workflow is the workflow processingthrough mobile phone, tabletcomputer and other intelligent equipment. This article’requirement is from the AmwayPublic Fund, and we design and implement the mobile workflow systembased on theAndroid platform.In the aspect of theory research, the author focus on the applied research anddevelopment history of mobile workflow, the structure and function of Androidplatform for mobile application development, etc.. From technical practice aspect, thisarticle will introduce the details of the mobile workflow system based on Androidplatform, including requirement analysis (analysis of functional requirements andnon-functional requirements analysis), outline design (function modules, moduleanalysis and database analysis), detailed design and Implementation (frameworkdesign and implementation of each function module) and system usertest.The mobile workflow system is divided into client and server side where theclientside is the Android application whose mainly functions include user loginfunction, to-do workflow function, started workflow function, new workflow function,function, system settings function, instant communication function, etc..The workflowserver side includes workflow design function, workflow monitoring function andfunction workflow distribution function.Three major innovation points of mobile workflow system implemented in thispaper are as follows:(1) resort the function module of the current mobile workflowsystem, which can easily transplanted into the various use of the workflow mechanismbusiness system or OA system;(2) the transfer of workflow information by data pushin mobile workflow system, greatly accelerated the instant and effective data transmission;(3) the mobile workflow system embedded in the instant communicationfunction, which makes the approval workflow and workflow promoters cancommunicate to obtain useful information.Mobile workflow systems have been deployed on the line and is on stableoperation, which support foundationorganization’s routine work, shorten the averagetime of workflowapproval time and completed the project objectives and requirementsof the intended.
