And along with thecomputer software technology and the rapid development of Internet technology, theschool digital campus network gradually thorough, intelligent data collection based onthe student’s dormitory management information system construction becomes theurgent demand of higher vocational college.This design in accordance with Yichun professional technology institute2011yearof the management of students’ dormitory work flow, in order to improve the student’sdormitory management work efficiency, improve students, dormitory administrator andschool dormitory management staff satisfaction after the Yichun vocational andtechnical college student’s dormitory management, process analysis and research,combining the current school digital campus network favorable advantages, based onB/S mode on the basis of the research and development of the intelligent student’sdormitory management information system. The whole system includes administratorinformation management platform, student dormitory information managementplatform, dormitory administrator information management platform three parts, eachpart) and have different functions. Through the server database control and management,this system can realize a storied building management, room management, dormitorymanagement, user management, rights management, electricity management, dormitorydistribution, dormitory health appraisal necessary function, system operation is simple,friendly man-machine interface, stable operation.This thesis introduces the intelligent student’s dormitory management informationsystem of the whole research and development process, this paper expounds thesoftware development process to use all kinds of techniques and methods, the maincompleted intelligent student dormitory information management system requirement analysis, system design, system database design, system development and testing, etc.This basic structure of the design is reasonable, the function is relatively complete,after testing the system operation stability, it can satisfy the Yichun vocational andtechnical college students dormitory management work needs. This system can timelycollect to the student’s dormitory detailed information, can accurate and efficientstatistics student dormitory accommodation, student dormitory electricity situation,student dormitory health appraisal situation and foreign people in and out of situationand other data, makes the student’s dormitory management personnel can real-timeunderstand a student dormitory detailed information, and according to the data to adjustthe student’s dormitory management strategy, so as to effectively solve the problem ofasymmetric information, for the vast number of students to provide good serviceplatform.
