We design andimplement the system based on B/S three layer architecture, using ASP.NET technology,combined with database technology.Firstly, we research the System flow of property management company, surveythe Property managers and residents, get the demand for property management system,including functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Then combinedwith the actual needs of the property management company, we design the three layerB/S architecture, function and database of the system, using the idea of softwaredevelopment maturity. Then we develop and implement the property managementsystem in the SQL Server2008database, using ASP.NET technology,through thevisual studio2010environment, complete the entire property management system,Including subsystems of residents (household expenses query, residents complain,resident service, public announcement query) and property management subsystem (realestate management, customer management, metering management, charge management,transaction remind, leasing management, financial statistics, customer service, securityfire protection, etc.).In trial operation, the system make efficient, safe and convenient for manager ofproperty management environment, improve residents’ satisfaction. Overall, the system improve the whole service level of property management company, improve the serviceefficiency, update the concept of property management; After property information atthe same time, set up an effective communication platform, improve residents’satisfaction.
