Design And Implementation Of Residential Property Management System Based On B/S Mode

In recent years, the computer software technology, especially the information management system technology, has experienced unprecedented rapid development, which makes it widely used in the work of a significant number of cities’ property management in the country. The efficiency, accuracy and simplicity of the Management Information System has making property management information system widely replace the manual completion of the complex task of high repetition rate and improve the property management functions.Our society is not only moving towards the information age, but also showing the characteristics of Data era, which is large amount, various types, high value, low density,high speed etc.. Therefore, the information management has become an important force in the realization of the four modernization. The management of information liberates people from large amount of complicated and meaningless labor, improving people’s work efficiency, avoiding errors of the traditional property management effectively. It is fact that the traditional property management is not suitable for the development level of modern society, that is, replacing traditional property management with the property management information system has become the trend of property management.Residential property management system mainly uses computer technology and computer software to instead of the traditional manual management of residential property to further improve the level of information management and management efficiency of residential property. The functions of computer storage and data CRUD(create, retrieve,update, delete) to the management of the district has brought a plenty of convenience to improve the assurance factor of the owner’s information.The system is able to completely solve complex and purely manual calculation problems in property management of each building information, personal information and a large number of important file problems, meanwhile, eliminating the complexity of information completely. According to the owner’s name or ban number, ID number, phone number, type of housing area, under various conditions of any query, this system can also be carried out anytime, anywhere, to reduce duplication and improve efficiency in the realwork management. The background database system running on the server side is the necessary technical support for the functions to be realized and mentioned above. This paper selects the SQLSERVER2008 as the console, combining JDBC with SQL statements to accomplish the data connection with the console and the completion of the data of the CRUD operation.
