To advance the "Intelligent City" construction,.improve the city traffic,reduceduplication of investment and construction as the guiding ideology, the use of IOT,ITand cloud computing to build a new comprehensive perception-based IntelligentTransportation System raise the overall urban traffic management and service levels.Dynamic traffic information collection and exchange platform is the foundation forbuilding intelligent transportation systems.This thesis is to address the problem,from data collection,extraction,cleansing,transformation,loading, analysis, processing, combined with core data processing storedprocedures, data out of the whole process of analysis, design and implementation. Themain contents are:1, the transportation infrastructure data collection and storageUse IOT technology covering key national and provincial highways, intercityhighways and urban roads based traffic information collection, transmission, storageand processing systems, data collected includes: radio frequency (RFID), GPS data,video data, snap a photo, and the sense coil, etc., as well as with various functionaldepartments, industry unit correlation between traffic information data exchange, suchas: vehicle information, vehicle card information, demographic database informationrelated to the formation of intelligent transportation vehicles, space, road net model, theestablishment of an information resource covering the complete intelligenttransportation data centers.2, the basic data processingUsing Oracle stored procedure, each base station node database and intelligentsector basic data in the database, extract to a central database, and then after cleaning,matching, transformation, and loading processes, etc., stored in the central datawarehouse.3, analysis and application of data martsIntelligent Transportation Center in the data warehouse, according to the needs ofdifferent users, considering the content, performance, and ease of use requirements,establish relevant data marts.4, information sharing and exchanging Intelligent Transportation Information Resource Interchange establish long-termmechanism to build data exchange and management platform, the formation ofintelligent transportation data access, management and output of data standards for thevarious departments and industry to provide data services, comprehensive coverage ofthe use of traffic information resources to meet a variety of intelligent transportationbusiness application needs.
