When a chemical enterprise's productivity run to a certain level, the enterprise's ability of competition is incarated to its management level. By means of the project of ERP process, the enterprise can improve its internal administration efficiency, promote its various types of management and improve on its ability of decision_making level. The amount of accumulated data of enterprise is so large that there are many valuable rules are hiding in it. By means of Datawarehouse , we can conclude and distill the decision information efficaciously.The research work is integrated with the practice works in Longshan Chemical Company. the dissertation is organized by two clues. The first is to discuss ERP process, Datawarehouse system and the algorithm of data mining, while the second is introduction of the process of design and realization of the software system with practice works in Longshan Co.Following is the main idea of this paper:1 Introduces the relative concept of ERP, then use the UML (the unified modeling Language) to represent the object Enterprise's data model. Discusses the characteristic of Longshan Co. in detail, reengine the business process of the Enterprise and builds the management information platform. then discuss the considered technic problem in the process of system building.2 Researches the relationship of ERP , Datawarehouse and DSS. Proposes the scheme of the building of Datawarehouse in Longshan Co. .Builds the Datawarehouse based on SQLSERVER and then discusses the key technique of Datawarehouse - metadata management and ETL process. Researches the OLAP (On Line Analysis Process) on Datawarehouse.3 Discusses the foreground of dataming technique using in traditonal Enterprise .research the the development techinque based on Sqlserver and decision tree algorithm. Then takes the equipment maintain system as an example , develops the maintain prediction module based on decision tree algorithm.
