The Research Of Electronic Technology Handbook Compiling System Based On Open XML

With the development of modern technology information, the number of technical literatures which is used for equipment maintenance increases dramatically. The problem which comes from in the process of compiling technical literatures is more and more prominent. The traditional style of compiling technical literatures has could not satisfy the needs of the information’s development. So that a system named electronic technology handbook compiling system which can realize information collection and information sharing and make various resources standardization is needed in order to improve work efficiency and meet the needs of modern development.This paper makes demand analysis for electronic technology handbook compiling system, makes the system’s business process, system’s function, system’s performance clearly and researches the structure of Open XML. This paper makes the overall design of system’s interface, data structure, system’s safety and business logic on the basis of demand analysis. This paper makes system model and realize the system’s main sub system’s function on the basis of system model and system overall designing, introduces the main application of Open XML in the system.
