The Implementation Of University Educational Adminstration Workflow And Information Management

With the development of information technology, education information management and serviees based on computer are eagerly required by the college authority. The staffs of edueational administration are under great pressure due to the inereasing workload and improving efficiency. Along with the development of network technology and ever-increasing requirement of users’on educationa administration, it beeomes a trend to build the educational administration system that is based on the B/S strueture, which has no time limit and no space restrietion.This paper analyzes the colleges and universities academic management which based on ASP.NET technology and B/S mode of educational administration system and gives the appropriate solution.Using the software to construct the valuable college academic management. The project is designed on Microsoft.NETplatform, B/S mode, and SQL Server2005as the background database with ASP.NET technology. This edueational management system has main function modules with BBS management teaehers,students and college management, subject management, performance managementjinformation system management.This system uses Visual Studio.NET platform system architecture, and C#based on ASP.NET technology.The superiority of the system lies in:pop architecture, advanced platform; easy maintenance, simple operation; Report beautifully Print convenience; running stable, safe and reliable;support network office mode. By the objeetive constraints and effects at the system before implementation,such as arranging sehedule management, graduate management, the practice of teaehing, materials management, quality courses, on-line questions, such as module design and implementation.
