Design And Implementation Of OA System For Engineering Cost Management

The office automation system is a management software which is used for the day-to-day operations for enterprise and it has been implemented widely.The English name for this kind of system is Office Automation System(OA).The purpose of this system is to use information tech to improve the efficiency of enterprise’s daily work and business operation.The main purpose of this system to standardize the daily business operation and management,and improve the work efficiency in different departments in enterprise.OA system is not only used in the administrative management and various approvals processes,but it’s necessary for different departments within different responsibilities to work with each other together.As not just a client to users any more,but it’s a way in our daily life of keeping pace with the times.In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economic,the construction industry of China has been growing quickly.In order to better regulate the construction industry and to develop a standard in our country,the use of Cost Information System Building has been increased in recent years.First of all,this paper introduces the origin of construction cost information system and the related theory,and discussed the development of the information system of construction cost in the world.Secondly,it selected a system as a platform based on the first part,and carried out a feasible analysis,which uses UML(Unified Modeling Language)to analyze and build dynamic modeling by class diagram and state diagram.At the same time,the overall design is based on the UML,state diagram and class diagram,and it has been divided into six different categories.This system has been designed and implemented using object oriented design theory and B/S architecture.With the support of this kind of systems,people can finish their work efficiently and accurately.The functions of this system is comprehensive and the security level is high.This thesis can provide some thoughts for constructing similar systems.
