Design And Implementation Of Project Cost Management Information System

Since twenty-first Century, there are more and more construction projects in different regions of our country with project scale becoming larger and larger. In recent ten years, with alternation of new and old buildings in various provinces and cities, high-rise buildings piled up, the rapid development of construction technology has brought rapid changes to people's lives. Large scale construction projects need to invest a lot of manpower, resources and funds.In the construction process, we need to make strict, careful construction planning and cost analysis. However, the traditional project cost budget is mainly completed by the team's budget analysts in construction unit through the offline. The project budget method has disadvantages such as heavy workload, poor reusability, low transparency and poor real-time performance. With the development of computer network technology, people's daily work style is changing from offline to online, and working place is changing from office to virtual network platform. Under the background of information age, how to change the traditional project cost prediction and analysis methods from the team's offline work to the professional team's online work is a common problem faced by construction units.Based on the above problems, this paper has designed and implemented the information-based cost management and analysis system. According to the current construction scale and construction mode, the system has realized the online budget, budget,settlement and analysis functions of the project cost. The system includes project information management, grass-roots cost sales, engineering cost censor, data analyst and other 4 kinds of users, as well as 7 main functional modules: project management, project template management, budget management, budget(contract) management, settlement management, audit management, comparison and analysis. Specifically, the project management module mainly includes the project reporting, project scheduling, project estimation and other functions but also provide the functions of project overview, the project completion of the view. Budget template management module is responsible for the regular maintenance and update of the budget template, and provide staff with visual file sharing window. Through the budget management module the project budget information can be completed to start. The budget(contract) management module can realize the reporting and management of the project contract and the project budget. Settlement management moduleis mainly responsible for the relevant settlement work of the completed project. The audit management module can realize the project budget and the budget of the audit, after the approval it can start construction. In addition, the system also has achieved a comparative analysis module, including the single contrast and horizontal contrast functions. Through the test and analysis of the main function modules of the system and the performance,Information-based project cost management and analysis system designed in the paper can save a lot of manpower and material for the analysis departments of project cost, and provide more convenient services and project cost budget and analysis service.
