With the rapid development of oil production, alternative industries of oilfieldconstruction and production of crude oil thereupon develops rapidly, which makes theconstruction of oilfield ground more complex and increases the workload, bringing upgreat difficulties to the planning and design and even production management. As thecontinuous innovation in the means of exploration and development of technology in oilexploration, the professional system information of surface construction project is alsocontinuously updating and developing. Many oil companies have started takingadvantage of advanced computers and information processing technology, establishing aground engineering information resources sharing platform, which make it naturally awhole integrity of the surface construction, plan designing and many other relatedprofessions, providing a visual field of professional Management for the oil sectors.Based on such ideas, research achievements at home and abroad were summarizedand concluded to find the implementation plan of informatization of oilfield groundconstruction, and program planning is from the information mode, the constructionsteps and platform planning three aspects, which provides a visual basis for decisionmaking to the long-term sustainable development of oilfield. Finally, using the abovemethod and combining with examples, the plan of informatization of oilfield groundconstruction was overall designed in allusion to the management status, including theimplementation plan, quality assurance plan, and system risks after construction andquality assurance plan.Geographic object spatial position and related properties of organic were combinedwith GIS and related technologies, from the graphic data and attribute data of theoilfield entity object for editing, query, statistics and spatial analysis, and the results tothe image, intuitive form of expression, for oilfield ground facilities planning, designand construction to provide an effective simulation method, but also for efficient,high-quality completion of design and construction implementation to provide strongprotection. Moreover it provides the basis for the relevant management personnel of theconstruction of the oilfield ground to make decisions, for the oil company groundconstruction to be carried out quickly and effectively to provide a more efficient tool,and then makes ground engineering construction more orderly and reduces unnecessary delays, but also brings huge economic benefits to oil company.
