The Study And Design Of Information System Of The Project Management Of OIL/GAS Field Surface Construction Engineering

Process and current situation of the project management of oil/gas field surface construction engineering are analyzed in the paper, based on the theoretical knowledge of management information system and info-system of engineering project management, combined with the theory and method of modernized management of engineering projects, and taking the Changqing Oilfield Company and its production organization and management process as the study background. The main business of the Basic Construction Engineering Department, as a converging management department of surface engineering construction of Changqing oilfield, is analyzed, innovated, and procedure-rebuilt. A reasonable procedure is worked out. According to development design steps of info-system of engineering project management, the main business of project management of the oil/gas field surface construction engineering is analyzed in organization, business, function, and systematically system-designed through studies. Analysis process and development design process of the info-system of engineering project management are expounded emphatically. The author makes valuable probe into the modernized management of surface construction engineering projects. A basic frame and embryonic form of info-system of engineering project management of surface construction engineering is built up.
