Shengli Oilfield Company belongs to China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. It is the second-largest oil field in the People's Republic of China, with daily production of approximately 650,000 barrels. Through several decades of struggle, Shengli Oilfield has developed into a modern qualification of construction enterprises for oil and gas exploration, Oil development, Oil Production Engineering, Petroleum Engineering Technique and infrastructure. The more powerful operational capabilities, but there is no scientific norms in construction management shortcomings were gradually revealed, and therefore, have a scientific, standard, construction of a powerful series of information management systems are the company's priority.This thesis proposed Shengli Oilfield construction information management system is on the basic of the status of the construction series of information management and future development trends in the background. First of all, the thesis analyses the user needs on the basis of company's condition. Then I analyze the system from the view of feasibility, functional module and data stream. After that the thesis introduces the system structure design, database design and function design. System adopts Browser / Server structure design, using the three-tier architecture, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 as a development platform, the database using SQL Server 2005 management, and multi-dimensional display mode; the same time, a unified modeling technique is applied to the system was specification analysis and design to improve software platform and software platform cross-system interoperability and shorten the development cycle, reducing the latter part of the maintenance workload. What's more, the system also offers the function of data print and data import or export. After the system completed, I make a test of the overall function of entire system.Thesis from the construction information management combined domestic and international advanced management mode, analysis, design and implementation of the rule of Shengli Oilfield construction information management system. The system is put into use, not only with operability and usefulness of the strong features, but also has reliable, fast advantages.The system considers its value from usability and safety which make functions are relatively perfect. It not only improves company's work efficiency but also economize on manpower and material resources, furthermore, it lay a solid foundation on information construction.
