Mingke company material intelligent management system mainly adopts computeraided decision means, the name of the company in each project the site materials, crossregional intelligent control and deployment, implementation of project in the process ofconstruction materials for centralized management and cost accounting, reduce or eveneliminate the loss of waste materials.Asset management system in the actual work,improve work efficiency, increase efficiency, reduce cost, contribute to the realizationof the principle of economy.The background of this thesis is the unit that the company developed a set ofmaterials management and the examination and approval system, the system uses atechnology framework based on.NET, this thesis mainly discusses the design andimplementation of the system, as well as test material intelligent management system.Including the problems to be solved in this thesis, the material realization ofintelligent management, to achieve specific functions are as follows: a lot of materialdistribution in many projects nationwide is located, it needs to establish distributedmaterial management system, to carry out the unified management on differentmaterials; materials management system as a unified storage materials, the materialsnew storage management; intelligent allocation of materials is achieved by a materialdistribution function, improve material utilization; through the RFID technology, thereal-time monitoring of the material, to achieve material intelligent allocation function,eliminates manual confirmation link; also available through RFID, install the RFIDreceiver in the warehouse, intelligent materials inventory assets function; managementanalysis module includes two parts, analysis of cost benefit analysis of asset and assetmanagement, through asset cost benefit analysis to calculate capital gains could offsetthe cost, and asset management analysis through a series of index values such as the rateof return on fixed assets, fixed assets turnover ratio analysis.In the process of achieving material intelligent management system, the Web endsystem mainly adopts.NET technology framework of Microsoft, Web Servicestechnology in.NET framework can easily between different module based interface fordata transmission; and the use of the RFID technology in the collection of materialinformation, through the RFID technology can carry out real-time monitoring on all material.This thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of research project,then the project needs a detailed analysis in the design stage, from the overall design toeach module are given a detailed design, this thesis is focused on system development,in the development process of the whole project, refining the core module is verypractical general, greatly improving the efficiency of the development, but also theenterprise application system for the future and lay a solid foundation. Finally hascarried on the detailed system testing, including functional testing and performancetesting.
