As China’s Higher Education as well as the increase in the number of competition betweenuniversities, teaching quality of the school legislation known institutions of higher learning. It is inthis context of this paper the author discusses the unit-Chengdu Neusoft Institute of TeachingQuality Assurance one of the series of teacher evaluation system design and implementation.In the evaluation of teachers reflect on their "application" of the characteristics, the need toestablish this institute for quality of teaching and teacher evaluation combining teaching evaluationsystem, which gathers information inquiry teaching evaluation, management, and other functionsinto one, forming a simple, easy, effective online teaching evaluation system. System to achievecollege for teachers, students and parents understand the evaluation of teachers Students and teachersunderstand the teaching effect and other functions. Practice has proved that the system is an efficientand intelligent information management platform.The main feature of the system is the user’s point of standing dynamic evaluation design anddisplay options, optimized display interface, effective docking teachers teaching evaluation resultslist; teaching evaluation results for a single generation, teaching evaluation after the studentinformation, teacher information, evaluating teaching results of summary results for effectivemanagement. School system combines the actual situation and the specific management needs,around the "simple, easy and effective," the idea of college work to build the informationmanagement platform, and ultimately improve the college teaching management, educationaladministration and other departments work efficiency, so that students in the teaching in thedominant position has been improved.The article first analyzes the history of the development assessment system and its significance,and then introduced the basic situation of the system and the system development objectives andmain content, followed by further discussion of the basic ideas of system development, thetheoretical basis and technical.
