Scientifically analyzing archives management system is of great significance to the improvement and consummation of teaching. Archives management system can support man-made management in the procedure of establishing, document filing, keeping and utilizing, which would improve the efficiency and simplify the working procedure.Firstly the article analyzes the problems existing in the archives filing, and the current situation of the archives management in Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, raises the problems which needs to be solved and brings forward the basic principles for the development and construction in the network environment.Then the article introduces the basic concepts of software testing and the contents of software testing and The purpose and classification of software testing And illustrates the method and process of software testing, These jobs laid a good foundation for testing of the system.The article carry out a systematic needs analysis and design. analyzes the working procedure of evaluation of undergraduate teaching level in higher education, makes definite the procedure of teaching archives management, confirms the role of each system participant and function's requirement and adopts UML technique to design the system's case model and to form the case diagram of each system participant and also to export the activity diagram corresponding to each case diagram. It also analyzes the demands for data in the system, forms the systematical entity relationship diagram and date dictionary.Finally, this paper carry out design of a systematic test program and interface,Use of relevant test theory,Upon completion of the project R&D the test team of Related personnel of Assessment Centre and Relevant developers tested the system,the test team prepare for the test software and hardware environment and test data,Developed a testing strategy,Create a test plan,Design test cases,And the test team carry out a serious test for all the test cases,Aanalysis the test results and Complete test summary,Finally execute a display interface on the system.By running it in Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, the system effectively resolves management-related problems in archives filing, collation, utilization, etc.
