In order to advance the construction of production information of CNPC,anintegrated management system of production is needed to solve problems and meetdemands. Daqing Oilfield has a large quantity of oil wells distributing widely,so thatthe respective information systems of data collection,automatic control in stations,video monitoring and equipment management that are found in different periods makefeedback delay,which leads to labor tension,high strength,low efficiency,low securitylevel and obstacles of data sharing.Therefore,an integrated management system with aunified entrance is needed to be built,integrating kinds of production systems.In this thesis,on the basis of the actual needs of the business,the author deeplyresearch the needs of Daqing Oilfield production system. According to eachmanagement mode, the system is divided into two parts: the data acquisition system andproduction monitoring system.According to the data characteristics of each type ofsystem,the needs of the business architecture,application architecture and dataarchitecture is analyzed and collected.According to the system requirements analysis,the architecture of acquisition&monitoring subsystem, transmission subsystem andproduction management subsystem is designed.Based on the data characteristics ofeach system, database structure is designed. This thesis introduces the algorithmachieving and interface design of each function of the system based on the aboveanalysis.Daqing Oilfield production command system will solve the technical problemsencountered in the Daqing Oilfield production management by GIS showing,production data collection, production design analysis/calculation, productionequipment management and other ways.This system can do it for all the operationprocess of the digital oilfield production management. The oilfield production andindustrial informatization are combined together to improve the automation level ofeach unit of work in the oil field production.The overall target of Daqing Oilfield production command system is to build a dataanalysis&management platform with standard protocols and unified management usingthe IOT technology, which covers all oil wells,metering stations,gathering andtransportation stations, joint stations and processing factories in Daqing Oilfield. It can support the production process,improve the ability of decision and enhance the level ofmanagement,by all of which can the system lower the cost of production running.Atpresent,this system has already been put into use.It not only provides user interfacewith clear classification,but also generates link menus determined by user’s limits ofauthority. The security of oilfield production is guaranteed and every staff canexperience the unique management pattern in the unified platform.Practice has provedthat the design meets the demand of Daqing Oilfield and achieves all goals which arementioned above....
