Beneficiation is the process of translating raw ore to concentrate ore by ore roasting,grinding and magnetic separation.In order to produce the qualified concentrate production and improve efficiency of economy,Beneficiation plant realize the maximize benefits by production planning which is obtained by index optimization decision,and ensure that the production is on schedule through monitoring operation.The decision-making of beneficiation production indices is mainly divided into the comprehensive production indices decision-making,the whole process production indices decision-making and the operation indices decision-making.Operation indices decision-making is the process of according to the daily comprehensive production indices to decide the Operation indices.Initially,the beneficiation plant uses the artificial way to decide the operation indices,which leading to poor accuracy,low precision and instability.At present,beneficiation operation indices decision making algorithm based on the computer application has been in-depth studied and mature.Gradually,the beneficiation plant began to use computer software to assist decision-making and indices monitoring,however,Most of the traditional beneficiation operation indices decision-making and monitoring are locally ran by the field engineer through the designated computer,which limit the time and place.At the same time,as more and more monitoring and decision-making algorithms are developed and applied,software system functions need to be updated and managed,and the demand for computing and storage resources is constantly changing.The existing platforms are difficult to support.Therefore,a platform is needed to provide software and hardware resources for the deployment and operation of the beneficiation operation indices decision-making and monitoring software system,making the software system a good expansibility,fault tolerance,scalability and low cost.To meet the above requirements,this paper designs and develops a cloud-based platform for remote decision-making and monitoring of ore-dressing operation indicators,based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China?Study on closed-loop optimization of operation index of complex industry process(61273031)?..The main contents of this paper are as follows:1 The paper briefly introduced the background and significance of the research,and presented the research status of decision making and monitoring of beneficiation operation indices and the cloud computing.2 The paper described the process of beneficiation production and operation index decision-making,and made a demand analysis on function and performance of the software cloud platform.3 According to the requirement,the hardware and software design of the platform is carried out.Firstly,according to the performance requirements of high reliability,high concurrency and fast response,the hardware structure of cloud server is designed,including cloud server composition and network topology.According to the requirements of remote decision monitoring,resource flexibility and other functional requirements,the flexible resource management functions are designed,including resource allocation,scheduling,recovery.Decision-making and monitoring service management functions are designed,including service authentication,address mapping,data forwarding,remote call.Message transmission functions are designed,including message routing,message persistence,etc.4 The paper developed the cloud platform.Hardware development was about server selection.In the development of software,Flexible resource management functions were realized by using OpenStack and cloud service management functions were realized by using Tyk and message transmission functions were implemented by RabbitMQ.5 A monitoring and decision-making software system for operation index was built using the platform.The Web interface was developed to realize the monitoring and decision-making function of the operation index,and the functions of the platform are verified.
