| At present, China has been continually reforming and deepening the investmentand financing system of enterprise, and the business space and management method ofinvestment and financing system have been constantly updating as well. Theconstruction of data management platform in the investment and financing businessmanagement of enterprise will make for improving the efficiency and the managementlevel. Based on the background, using the technology model of CMS system, the paperanalyzes and designs the investment and financing services platform for small andmedium-sized enterprises (SME for short). The main contents are as follows:Firstly, this thesis puts forward the main content and goal of investment andfinancing services system of SME, and analyzes its data acquisition system concept.According to the system construction, the thesis analyzes the functional requirements,environmental requirements and system application requirements of investment andfinancing service system, and establishes the system’s data flow through the analysis ofthe interface style and overall performance.Secondly,the investment and financing service system of SME analysize thesystem function module, function flow, application layer and network topologystructure, and designs the system business functions which aim at the overall structureof investment and financing service system, and at the same time, utilizing the UMLmodel to design the sequence diagram and state diagram, establishes the systemdatabase, which could design the database table field information and E-R diagramrespectively, and at last designs the data flow and operation flow of investment andfinancing service.Finally, the system modules of the service platform of SME conclude: Summaryanalysis module of investment and financing, the module of data management system,the implementation module of investment and financing, the SME information module,platform user login module, financing risk management module, investment andfinancing projects recommendation module, investment and financing policy module;join-and-link module and so on. This paper has made detailed design and realization aboutthe functions of these modules, interface function operation code and data processingrespectively. This thesis made research and implementation about the management ofinvestment and financing system of SME, and brought about the scientific decision-making, network-transmission, resource informatization, and modernization ofinvestment and financing data management. And with advanced computer andcommunication technology as main means, the system provides the service for theinvestment project management, and it will improve the financing efficiency and themanagement level of enterprises. |
