Design And Implementation For Technical Venture Financing&Investment System Of Shanxi Province

Venture financing and investment can solve problem of funds lack at the beginning of establishment of middle-and-small sized technical enterprises. Also, it can make technologies transfer promoted and industrial application of new and high technologies accelerated. The computer network technology makes information management enhanced possible for technical entrepreneur and service personals in their working efficiency, as well as level of technical venture management. Thus, research on the above work in this thesis are both of theoretical significance and of application value.In process of design, the guiding ideology of software engineering play a vital part from the beginning to the end, being characteristics of typical Web-based applications. It starts from demand analysis based on work flows done by technical enterprise, financial institution and investment institution. Then the needed main functions including user management, information management of enterprise and institutions, and process management are all determined. Resultingly, the corresponding functional blocks are produced. And then, the overall and detailed designs are conducted in order. Finally, functions are implemented through programming.The system is constructed in a3-layer software architecture fashion. And the layers are named presentation layer, control layer, and data layer respectively. Besides, they are designed with technologies of JSP, Java Servlet, and MySQL database.The development proceeds using incremental model method. As to individual function tests, each are conducted accompanying process of the related module implementation. While comprehensive test is performed after all functions integrated. Results from tests and trial run show that the required functions are almost satisfied.
