At present,financial service companies' demanded for the standardization of the capital market is growing day by day,investors' demand for the risk control ability of intermediaries is becoming stronger and stronger,and financiers' idea of promoting their own financing projects is gradually updated.Therefore,under the new model of internet,my company will create a joint venture financial service platform that integrates social live broadcast,learning and training,research and consulting,asset management and investment for high net worth individuals,excellent enterprises and investment institutions.The background system of the enterprise venture financing and investment platform mainly includes the check of the back-end data,the interaction and logic processing and the realization of the background management system.The back end of the system is divided into six functional areas:user information management,investment and financing transaction platform management,institution settlement,analysis and division of private fund,hot information and financial live broadcast.Background management includes the configuration and management of the above six functional areas.This system is designed with B/S architecture of Linux environment.ROSE framework based on Servlet and spring encapsulation is used.The development language adopted is mainly JAVA,and Python language provides auxiliary script to complete the code of the project.The Controller layer implements the business logic,the Service layer provides logical support,and the DAO layer completes the interaction with the database.Data persistence is mainly implemented by Redis and Mysql.The realization and application of the background system of the enterprise venture financing and investment platform,the dynamic understanding of the diversified needs of customers,and the measurement of the credit status of customers,can help to improve the information of traditional financial information asymmetry,enhance the risk control ability,and launch personalized financial products.At the same time,all the trading data onto the platform is transparent and accessible at any time,and more easily monitoring in interest rate and venture interest rates,increasing the utilization of funds,the breeding and spread of usury,conducive to economic development and social stability.
