Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Government Investment

With the further expanding and deeping of the national "12th Five-Year Plan", economy development, especially, high-quality economy has become an urgent problem to be solved at all levels of the government. In the current situation, three usual ways to develop local economy and improve the GDP are:investment, exports, consumption, and investment invitation has become an important means to promote local economy development for most regions of the country.We have designed and implemented a set of government investment invitation information management system, aimed at using computer technology to standardize the work processes of attracting investment, to improve the working efficiency and the service quality of the government, and to assist the government in making further achievements.This set of government investment invitation information management system includes two subsystems——the investment promotion content management subsystem and investment invitation service platform. The former is the external propaganda window for the investment invitation work providing Content Browsing, Policy Interpretation and Service Guide. The latter is the communication channel between government and merchants after settling down the projects, with the "services and regulatory" as the directing goal, protecting merchants’ interests and regulating each member in the implementation process of the investment invitation work, ensuring that projects run expectedly and the tracking process of the later period.The system utilize ASP.net as a development tool, based on MVC three-tier architecture, organizing each modules in accordance with the "High-cohesion and Loose coupling" principles, ensuring the system’s robustness with reasonable design the clear architecture. In addition, after the implementation, we also use the conventional testing, pressure testing to examine the system’s functional performance thoroughly, to make sure that the system can run smoothly in the long-term once it is on line.In this thesis, we have designed and implemented a set of government investment invitation information management system based on sophisticated computer application technologies and latest concepts of economy development. The system provides services for multiple users covering government staffs, investment merchants, contains many aspects of the invitation investment working process including publicity, services, and supervision, provides multiple stages of the investment invitation work such as investment lunchmeat, qualification check, project supervision, project examination and later tracking, targeting to provide a perfect platform for government investment invitation work, and to provide powerful support for the regional economy development and the steadily deeping investment invitation work.
