Some Researchs About The Knowledge Management System

With the development of social economy, the modality of socioeconomic and social structure is experiencing great changes. Namely, the society are transferring from economy and society based on industry to economy and society based on knowledge. The concept of economy and society based on knowledge show the assimilation, processing and application of knowledge and information, which plays a profound part in the accumulation of wealth and social development. Now our society is on the threshold of the times featured by possession, configuration, production, allocation and of the knowledge resource. As the sub-subject of economy based on knowledge, Knowledge Management (KM) is becoming the primary tool and management matter in the enterprises'operation. At the same time more and more enterprises are paying more attention to the KM due to continuous changes in competitiveness and style of enterprises. And the study on KM can date back to 1990, which empathize on theoretical managerial strategy and seldom discuss the implementation mode of KM System from the perspective of engineering implementation. This paper mainly studies the systematic architecture of KM and technology involved in its implementation and accomplishes certain achievement.This thesis first introduces the meanings of knowledge and KM and state and prospect of study on KM at home and abroad, then analyzes the problems related to systematic architecture of KM and put forward a functional model frame of distributed KM system. In addition, the security of distributed KM system is analyzed and studied and role based access control model is also introduced into security management. Simultaneously this paper also discuss the key and core technology involved in constructing KM system, particularly knowledge discovering and knowledge sharing in the DDB based on knowledge and also attempt to apply some comparatively cut-edge technology, such as WebService, P2P.
