The interoperability of dynamic geometry has been an already unsolved problem,thispaper proposes a dynamic geometry construction language XCL based on XML,the languagecan formal describe the dynamic geometry graphics,is an open dynamic geometryconstruction language,is specially designed for the realization of dynamic geometry softwareinteroperability.XCL can replace proprietary dynamic geometry construction language,solvesthe problem of no unified standard of construction language,realizes the compatibility of thegraphics file format generated by different dynamic geometry software.The bring up of XCLrealizes the interoperability of dynamic geometry software,and lay a solid foundation forsharing the dynamic geometry resource.This paper has a detailed description of the dynamic geometry construction languageXCL based on XML, defines the XML document structure, element names, attribute names,data type ect.using the XML Schema,and provides the example of famous butterfly theoremin the plane geometry,use XCL language to describe the dynamic geometry graphics.The first chapter introduces the foundation of XML language.Then introduces the XMLsyntax,document structure,the validity of XML document and XML related technologies,suchas document object model DOM,document type definition language DTD,XML Schema andRELAX NG ect..The second chapter presents the dynamic geometry construction.Dynamic geometrysoftware fully implements the Euclidean geometric ruler gauge drawing method,this chapterprovides five construction operation postulates of ruler gauge drawing,five commonly usedconstruction operations and some advanced construction operations and so on.The third chapter defines the dynamic geometry construction language XCL. From thedocument structure,the geometrical objects,the name,the expression,the constructionoperation and the visible style aspects to systemic describes,and lists the specific constructionoperation of point, line, straight line and circle type.The fourth chapter is the realization of butterfly theorem.
