Dynamic geometry has experienced from 1980s to the present development of the past 40 years a "Geometer's Sketchpad", "geometry experts" and "super drawing board" and other excellent mapping software. Users can create points, lines, circles and other geometric elements and define the geometric relationship between them; for predetermined geometry, the user can drag the mouse in some non-binding element in the process of movement of each geometry geometric relationships between the elements remain the same. The software in education played an important role in teaching has also been widely distributed to promote, but they are based on personal computers.Dynamic Geometry based mapping software, mobile phone base or blank, but with the rapid development of smart phones, personal mobile learning needs to become more common, smart phone based on dynamic geometry software development will enable mobile learning variable more easy. The purpose of this paper is to study smart phone platform based (Windows Mobile) software framework for dynamic geometry technology. And complete platform for smart phones based on the basic model of dynamic geometric design and dynamic geometry drawing function of the basic programming. Allows the system to run on smart phones, breaking the constraints of time, computer learning software for learners to provide a mobile intelligent learning platform. Convenient tool for mobile learning, this study has some value.
