The integration of information technology and mathematics curriculum has been one of the hot subjects on current research in fundamental education. As a mathematical information technology, Dynamic Geometry Technology, which is based on Euclid Geometry, has come into being right to its place. It's power is to equip us with the ability to keep fixed a background geometrical configuration, That is, we can study the variation of an aspect of a figure while keeping other aspects constant, hence anticipating the emergence of invariant patterns.In this paper, we sum up previous results relative to Dynamic Geometry Technology, and find out the distance between Chinese and foreign research; we base our exploration into math teachers on these arranging related document. We want to know the present teachers'attitude and conscious on technology. In our country, the validity of Dynamic Geometry Technology has not been made full use of. For one thing, teachers understand little about this technology; for another, the related research is very scarce. Therefore it is of great importance and urgency to do research, both theoretically and practically, on the Dynamic Geometry Technology and geometry teaching.In this paper, the Dynamic Geometry Technology is placed in the context of variation theory, Central concepts of discernment, variation in the theory of variation are discussed in Dynamic Geometry Technology to illustrate the potential partnership between the two enterprises. Patterns of variation (contrast, separation, fusion, generalization) proposed in variation theory will be perceived under Dynamic Geometry Technology.In my case research, I importantly investigate the effect of Dynamic Geometry Technology base on variation theory. Two class (included the researched class and contrasted class) in middle school are the subjects. Through applying Dynamic Geometry Technology into geometry instruction, the results show the significance difference between two classes. The researched class'scores are obviously improved. So the conclusion: the dynamic geometry technology applied to geometry teaching based on variation theory is a good way to enhance the quality of teaching.
