With the development and transformation of our social economy, E-commerce graduallyrise, the business management and department cooperation of logistics industry have becomeincreasingly complex. Thus, the traditional manual management and the single mode ofmanagement information system could not meet the development of increasing businesslogistics industry in the aspect of management requirements. Especially, the quality serviceand personalized customer demand is the core competitiveness of the third-party logisticsindustry. How to improve the enterprise’s service quality and work efficiency, standardizebusiness standardization, better service customers, the third-party logistics industry is veryimportant.At present, with the rapid development of IT technology and the widely using ofworkflow technology, the workflow engine model is not a simple technology, but from theobjective to promote the standardization of the enterprise management and business process.Combination of workflow technology and database technology in the managementinformation system development process, it can effectively solve the low efficiency ofbusiness flow, standardization degree is not high and some difficult problems, such asbusiness process change.This paper introduces workflow technology to logistics business flow process, theconstruction of the third party logistics system based on workflow technology, then designand implementation of the system. First of all, this paper introduces the concept of third partylogistics and workflow technology, the research analyzes the characteristics and status ofworkflow management system. Based on the.Net platform, design of a relational databasetechnology based visualization workflow engine, combined with the third party logisticsbusiness, data model and control model of workflow engine was constructed and implementworkflow driven logistics system.The system is fully functional, driven by a process instance, role access control strategy,the realization of standardization of logistics business flow at the same time, enhance theflexibility of the process, improve the management level of the enterprise, reduce costs,enterprise work efficiency and service quality was improved.
