In order to ensurethe predetermined budget to complete the project, specific project cost management processto implement the four steps, namely, make the cost management plan, cost estimation,determine the cost budget, implementation of cost control, the four steps no obviousboundaries often need to cross Through the project management team after a disasterrecovery system project with the first detailed investigation, using the method of reasonabletool, make accurate detailed cost plan.
